TECHNICAL DESIGN
- Design with open, semi-enclosed or enclosed grab jaws; with 4, 5 or 6 jaw sections
- Optimum utilisation of the machine load capacity thanks to weight-optimised design with maximum possible volume
- Grab drive:
- Via hydraulic tubes from the power unit of the materials handling machine to the grab
- Opening and closing motions controlled by the materials handling machine
- Opening and closing motions by means of direct connected hydraulic cylinders
- Hinge bearings:
- Rugged steel bushes or hinge bearings which can be re-lubricated
- Rigid, torsionally stiff jaw design with:
- jaw plates made of: S355J2+N
- welded jaw teeth of highly wear-resistant special steel
